Ballyhack Cottages
Ballyhack Cottages are a series of 1,600 sq ft upscale four-bedroom rental condominiums located in the Ballyhack Golf Club in Roanoke County, VA. Ballyhack Golf Club is a unique private-destination club set in the beautiful Appalachian Mountains near the Blue Ridge Parkway. It provides a one-of-a-kind experience, both on and off the course for those individuals who seek the privacy and comfort only such a secluded retreat can offer.
Wentworth Office Park
Wentworth Office Park is a two building, 16,000 sq ft, office project located in Roanoke County. In addition to developing the site and constructing the two office buildings, Fralin Commercial finished out 3,000 sq ft for The Bullington Firm, 1,500 sq ft for Benchmark Benefits, and 1,500 sq ft for itself. Good Samaritan Hospice occupies the entire 10,000 sq ft of the second building. Wentworth Office Park was completed in 2008 and cost over $2M.
Roanoke Oral Surgery
Roanoke Oral Surgery is a 4,480 sq ft oral surgery clinic. It consists of a large upscale lobby, many exam and surgery rooms, as well as personal offices for all the doctors. Fralin Commercial developed the site and constructed the building as well as completing this upscale custom build-out. Roanoke Oral Surgery was completed in 2009.
Village Square
Village Square is a 28,500 square foot upscale retail center in Christiansburg, VA. It lies 1/10 mile north of the New River Valley Mall on Peppers Ferry Rd. Fralin Commercial also performed many of the tenant build-outs including: Blackstone Grill, UPS, Sign-A-Rama, Dominoes, Max Muscle, Rockfab, American General, Inside Out Salon, Newman Blackstock Optometrists, Foley Performance and Balzer & Associates. Village Square was completed in 2005 and cost over $4M.
